Every voucher, payment, fine and discount becomes an entry in the student’s account book. The balance is calculated from those entries, never typed in, so what the parent sees, what the cashier collected and what management reports all agree.
- Monthly vouchers in bulk. Generate a whole campus in one run; running it again never charges a student twice.
- Partial and advance payments. Payments clear the oldest dues first; extra money is kept as a credit.
- Corrections leave a trail. Mistakes are reversed with a reason and an approver, not deleted.

Your records are isolated from every other institution on the platform, and access is checked on the server for every request.

A branch admin cannot open another branch’s students or fees. Permissions decide who can collect fees, approve payroll or edit marks.

Financial history is never erased
Vouchers, payments and payroll are reversed with a reason, never deleted. Issued documents keep the rules that applied on the day.

What is CampusPilot?
CampusPilot is a school and academy management platform for institutions in Pakistan. It brings student records, fees and account books, attendance, academics, exams, payroll, expenses, board workflows, communication and reporting into one system that can run across multiple campuses.
Can one campus run both a school and an academy?
Yes. Each campus can enable School, Academy or both. Each division keeps its own classes, courses, batches, fee plans and reports, inside the same campus.
Can a student study in both the school and the academy?
Yes. A student has one profile with separate School and Academy enrollments, so guardians, documents and contact details are never duplicated. Parents can see one combined account statement or each division separately.
Does CampusPilot support multiple campuses?
Yes. An institution can add several campuses, and staff can be limited to the campuses they are allowed to manage. Owners can see combined reports across all campuses.
Is CampusPilot built for Pakistan?
Yes. Amounts are in PKR by default, the interface supports English and Urdu with right-to-left layout, holidays are editable, phone numbers follow Pakistani formats, and board registration workflows are configurable by board and session.
Can CampusPilot send WhatsApp messages to parents?
Yes, on plans that include messaging. Fee reminders, attendance alerts and result notices can be sent through WhatsApp, email or SMS using approved templates, with delivery status recorded for each message.
What happens if a fee payment is entered by mistake?
It is reversed, not deleted. The original payment stays in the student account book with a reversing entry, the reason and the user who made the change, so balances always reconcile.
